Who is Matt Fitzsimmons?
I'm a business coach with more than 25 years of experience and clients across eight countries, who stay with me for an average of nine years. That kind of longevity means I've heard things most coaches never will: what successful men really think about love, commitment, and the women in their lives, said behind closed doors when nobody else is listening.

I'm not a dating coach or a psychologist. One Good Man came from the women who kept asking me where the good men were, when I already knew. I was coaching them.

Before coaching, I built an award-winning career in broadcasting. I studied law and business, have lived in multiple countries, and completed Ironman races at 15, 16 and 42. I've read a book a week for 28 years, I'm endlessly curious about why people do what they do, and I believe most problems could be fixed if people just said what they meant.
I'm the author of The Best Small Business in the World, co-author of The Growth Planner, and creator of The Winner's Playbook. I live in New Zealand with my daughter, run a consulting practice, and still appreciate a good single malt.
