Get ready to take your business to the next level with a Strategy 1x1 session. During this free session, you and Matt will look at where you are and where you want to go. Come prepared and have a pad and pen ready as this is a fast-paced session that will help you move forward. There are three components to this session: 1. Current situation. Where are you now? In this we look at the current state of the business, what's working well, what's not and what your role in the business is. We will also cover off what are your biggest strengths and opportunities for growth. 2. Your ideal future. Where would you like to be? This section looks at where you would like to be in a given period of time, we look at the key metrics of the business and we paint a picture of what you would like success to look like. 3. The Plan. In this, we will go over what you can do to bridge the gap between where you are and where you would like to be.
